EVANGELIZATION COMMITTEE invites everyone for a free coffee and donuts fellowship after the 10am Mass Sunday, October 5 in the Convent. Please join us and view a Marian art display featuring the work of one of our talented young parishioners. October is the month of the

Holy Rosary and a time of special devotion to the Blessed Mother.

ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY FOOD DRIVE will be held October 11 - November 16 . Please consider donating non-perishable items such as canned milk, broth, vegetables, fruit, tomato sauce, cereals, grits, rice, pasta, etc. There will be a designated bin in the vestibule to collect your

donations. Your help is truly needed and greatly appreciated. As a reminder, St. Vincent de Paul uses the Poor Box for donations to help our parishioners and neighbors in need. Donations can be made directly to the Poor Box or through any member.



CATHOLIC YOUTH CONFERENCE - All Youth in grades 7-12 are invited to participate in this year's Catholic Youth Conference at Jesuit High School on Saturday, September 27th. CONGRATULATIONS Ansanta Cole, a member of St. Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary Court 22, for receiving the “Distinguished Claver Lady Honor” at the 2025 Knights of Peter Claver and Ladies Auxiliary National Convention in Rockville, Maryland. Ansanta was recognized for the lifesaving care administered during her travels. Thank you for your service and mission.

TWELFTH NIGHT BALL - The 35th Annual Twelfth-Night Ball will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 A.M. in the Church Hall. The contest will begin on Sunday, September 14, 2025, and we are currently seeking contestants to reign as King, Queen, and their royal court. Please see any committee member if you have any questions or to receive a contestant's form.

FAITH, FAMILY AND FELLOWSHIP: FUELED IN TOGETHERNESS

will be celebrated the weekend of October 17, beginning with the Men’s Ministry Breakfast and guest speaker Retired Lt. Gen. Russel Honore on Saturday, October 18th. The celebration

continues on Sunday, October 19th, with Jersey Sunday followed by a Family BBQ Cookout, hosted by the Parish Council,  after the 10 am Mass. Tickets for both events will go on sale soon. BBQ Cookout tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth 8 and under. The Council will also host a football pool that weekend for the Saints v. Bears game, with each square costing $5 for a chance to win $75 a quarter. Your support of the pool will assist in defraying the cost of the cookout. See any Parish Council member to play.

CCE CLASSES will begin soon. These classes are a vital part of our parish’s mission to nurture the faith of our children and youth. To ensure the success of our program, we are currently seeking dedicated catechists and volunteers to share the faith and guide our young parishioners on their spiritual journey. No prior teaching experience is required – just a love for our faith, a

willingness to serve and a heart for our children. Registration begins this Sunday, August 24th.
